Special Ops Briefcase
Open every compartment, beat the countdown and crack the case.

About
Special Ops Briefcase is a high-energy themed business game that suits conference breakouts and leadership offsites across Europe. Guided by a series of video briefs, teams open locked briefcases to uncover the challenges and resources needed to support a special operations investigation into a crime syndicate.
Video briefs arrive at set points, replicating real-time status updates, and a countdown timer shows how long remains until the next one.
At the heart of the game is a briefcase with four locked compartments, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. Each one reveals new challenges and resources to assess and solve.
A secure tablet links every team to the operations centre, where findings are submitted for action. With each update the pressure rises, and only well-coordinated teams keep pace.
Learning outcomes
Special Ops Briefcase challenges teams to think strategically and work in an agile way, connecting the right people with the right information at the right time.
Participants gain a real appreciation of how communication across functions helps a team lead through changing situations. A correct answer is worthless if it reaches the operations centre too late.
The countdown between briefs adds urgency, so teams practise prioritising, delegating and deciding quickly without losing accuracy.
Clear roles and short check-ins keep people calm as deadlines approach.
The varied challenges keep everyone involved and give leaders a clear view of individual strengths, gaps and team dynamics, which makes for a rich and practical debrief.
Facilitators can align the debrief with your leadership or change themes, so the lessons feel directly relevant to the challenges your teams face.
