On Air Broadcast Crew
Build real AI skills by producing your own news broadcast.

About
On Air Broadcast Crew is a practical way for teams to build real AI skills by producing their own news broadcast. The session opens with a short introduction to AI and focused video training on a selection of tools, so that everyone starts from the same foundation.
Teams then become independent news crews. Each person takes on a specialist role, such as scriptwriter, researcher, image or video creator, voice artist, editor or producer, and every role comes with its own set of AI tools.
With a brief, a ready-made template and all the AI resources they need, teams build a news segment around a realistic scenario and present it to the room.
Where time allows, teams share which tools worked well and what was difficult, and the session closes with a debrief on the key lessons and how to keep developing AI skills back at work.
Learning outcomes
On Air Broadcast Crew gives every participant hands-on time with AI, rather than a demonstration from the front. That makes it ideal for organisations across Europe that want to raise AI confidence quickly.
Specialist roles mean everyone has a clear contribution, while the broadcast only works if those contributions fit together. Teams learn to hand work over cleanly and check quality at each step.
The realistic scenario encourages critical thinking about sources, accuracy and tone, which are important questions whenever AI is used to create content.
The closing debrief turns the experience into practical takeaways. Participants leave knowing which tools suit which tasks and with the confidence to keep experimenting in their own roles.
Many teams are surprised by how much they can produce in a short time, and that momentum often carries straight into new ways of working.
