About

Virtual Vault Heist captures all the tension and drama of a classic bank heist in a multiplayer virtual reality game, inspired by the heist stories that European television has made famous.

Teams puzzle their way through several levels, swapping headsets between stages so that everyone experiences a different VR environment.

Along the way they face all kinds of problems: cracking safes, defusing bombs, silencing alarms and, finally, digging their way out of the virtual world and back to reality.

Each level brings a new setting and a new challenge, and the team that works together best moves through the heist fastest. It is fast, immersive and full of laughter, as teammates shout instructions to whoever is wearing the headset.

Technical staff set up and look after all the equipment, so the game can run in any meeting room or hotel function space.

Learning outcomes

Success in Virtual Vault Heist depends on absorbing information quickly, communicating it clearly and valuing what each colleague brings.

The player in the headset can only succeed if teammates outside trust them and listen carefully, while those outside must explain what they know in simple, precise language.

With the clock ticking, teams learn to separate relevant information from noise and focus on what matters most.

Deduction and collaborative problem-solving are sharpened at every level, and because headsets are swapped, every person leads at least once.

Teams leave with a shared adventure to talk about and a clearer sense of how they communicate when the pressure is on, which is often when it matters most at work.

Technical staff look after the equipment throughout, so teams can focus entirely on the heist.
