Step into the heart of the Renaissance and turn Florence’s historic centre into your playground. This immersive city challenge invites teams to explore the streets between the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, decoding clues hidden in sculptures, façades and iconic landmarks.

As teams move through the city, they piece together fragments of history, art and architecture, gradually uncovering the secrets of Florence’s creative legacy. Every discovery brings them closer to cracking the final code.

Program flow

  1. Welcome & Briefing

    Participants are divided into teams and introduced to the challenge, the rules and the area they will explore.

  2. The Hunt Begins

    Teams set off through Florence's historic centre, starting near the Duomo, searching for clues hidden in architectural and sculptural details.

  3. Decoding the City

    As teams progress toward Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, they collect fragments of information tied to Florence's artistic and historical legacy.

  4. Pooling Discoveries

    Teams regroup to compare findings, combining their clues and perspectives to work out the final solution.

  5. Cracking the Code

    The first team to successfully decode the final puzzle wins, followed by a group debrief celebrating the discoveries made along the way.
